Sizing
How do the pieces fit?
The hoodies are oversized with dropped shoulders, and the tees are a loose, relaxed fit. Take your usual size for the relaxed look, or one size down for a closer fit.
How do I find my size?
Lay a tee or hoodie you already own flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then compare it with our size guide.
Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order for you and is usually delivered within 6–10 working days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders of £80 or more.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@deenapparel.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your piece hasn’t gone into production we can change or cancel it straight away. If you cancel before your order is delivered, we refund you, including delivery, within 14 days of you telling us. You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery and return it.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Tell us first, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Please handle items only as you would in a shop; we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn or washed. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving it back, or of proof of postage if sooner.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@deenapparel.com with your order number and the item you’re returning, and we’ll send you the return address.
My item arrived damaged or faulty.
We’re sorry. Email hello@deenapparel.com with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund, including delivery. After that, we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn’t possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

How do I care for my piece?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, don’t bleach, tumble dry low, and never iron directly on the print.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
