Delivery

Every piece is made to order for you and is usually delivered within 6–10 working days. As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking link.

We currently deliver within the UK.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it.

1. Email hello@deenapparel.com with your order number and the item you’re returning.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please handle items only as you would in a shop. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
4. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back, or of proof of postage if sooner, to your original payment method, including the original standard delivery charge. We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn or washed.

If you cancel before your order is delivered, we refund you, including delivery, within 14 days of you telling us.

You can also use our cancellation form, but you don’t have to.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@deenapparel.com with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund, including delivery. After that, we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn’t possible. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
